According to petitioner, he had made a complaint to Principal Secretary, Planning on 14.05.2026 on which an enquiry was ordered, vide order dated 02.06.2026. 5. By means of this writ petition, petitioner has sought a direction to the competent authority to conclude the enquiry as early as possible. 6. He thus submits that the relief sought in the writ petition do not survive after appointment of the Enquiry Officer. 7. The writ petition is, accordingly, disposed of with a request to the Enquiry Officer to have the enquiry concluded as early as possible.
