THIS PETITION, COMING ON FOR ADMISSION THIS DAY, ORDER WAS MADE THEREIN AS UNDER: CORAM: HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE V SRISHANANDA ORAL ORDER Learned counsel for the revision petitioner has filed a memo on 17.03.2026. Joint memo reads as under: "The petitioner & respondent submits that, the Respondent has filed a Complaint in C.C. No. 786/2019 before the Trial Court. The Hon'ble Court passed Judgment convicting the Accused/Petitioner and imposed fine of Rs.8,10,000/ out of which Rs.8 lakhs shall be paid to the Complainant/Respondent. And Rs. 10,000/- will be paid to the Government. Against the Judgment, the petitioner preferred Crl. Appeal No. 70/2021 before the Hon'ble Appellate Court the same is dismissed and confirmed the Trial Court Judgment and then the petitioner preferred the present petition. By virtue of the interim order the petitioner deposited a sum of Rs.1,62,000/- before the Trial Court. Subsequent to that, the petitioner is agreed to settled the matter amicable and ready to pay a sum of Rs.7 lakhs to the respondents by excluding the amount deposited before the Trial Court. Further the petitioner agreed to pay the entire amount of Rs. 7 lakhs to the respondent on or before 30-05-2026 without fail. Failing which the respondent shall take appropriate steps in the matter and petitioner in addition to payment of Rs.7 lakhs payable to - 3 - HC-KAR NC: 2026:KHC:15687 CRL.RP No. 518 of 2023 respondent he has no objection to withdraw the amount of Rs.1,62,000/- before the Trial Court. Hence, the petitioner and respondent prays this Hon'ble Court be pleased to dispose the matter in the above terms and to pass such other suitable order as this Hon'ble Court deems fit under the circumstances, in the interest of justice and equity.” Placing the memo on record, revision petition is dismissed as settled out of Court.
