The petitioner is seeking regular bail, in connection with Parsudih P.S. Case No. 30/2025, corresponding G.R case No 647 of 2025, for the offence under sections 331(4)/305(e) of the BNS 2023, pending in the court of Learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jamshedpur. 3. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the false allegation of theft is made against the petitioner and the name of the petitioner has come in the confessional statement of the co- accused namely Golden Kumar Soni and the said Golden Kumar Soni has been granted regular bail by the coordinate bench in BA No. 4311 of 2025. 4. Learned counsel appearing for the state opposed the prayer and submits that the name of the petitioner has come in the confessional statement. 5. Considering that the name of the petitioner has come in the confessional statement and the person who has taken the name of the 2026:JHHC:1125 2 petitioner, has been granted regular bail in aforesaid BA and the petitioner is in custody since 21.03.2025, I am inclined to grant regular bail to the petitioner. 6. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on regular bail, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty-Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jamshedpur, in connection with Parsudih P.S.
