The present Contempt Case is filed for non-compliance of the Order, dated 12.09.2025 passed by this Court in W.P.No.23628 of 2025, wherein this Court disposed of the said Writ Petition with the directions as extracted below:- “5. In that view, the present Writ Petition is disposed of with the following directions:- (i) The Petitioners shall give a detailed representation to the Respondent No. 2 within two weeks from today, stating all the allegations mentioned in the Writ Affidavit. (ii) On receipt of the representations from the Petitioners, the Respondent No. 2 shall endeavor to dispose of their representations within a period of six weeks. (iii) There shall be no order as to costs.” 2. Pursuant thereto, the speaking order, dated 04.08.2026 was passed by the Respondent-Authorities. 3. In the light of the speaking order passed by the Respondent- Authorities, the Contempt Case is closed, giving liberty to the Petitioners to challenge the speaking order referred to above by filing an independent Writ Petition. 4 4.
