The petitioner is an accused in connection with Nirsa P.S. Case No. 639 of 2025. It has been alleged that on an information that some persons are making plans to commit an offence, a raid was conducted by the police at Nilkunthi More and several persons including the petitioner have been apprehended. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that so far as the petitioner is concerned, one loaded magazine with two live cartridges and one empty cartridge were recovered. The petitioner is in custody since 18.12.2025. He further submits that the petitioner does not have any criminal antecedent. Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the prayer for bail of the petitioner. Regard being had to the above, the petitioner above named is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate 1st class, Dhanbad in connection with Nirsa P.S.
