--Petitioners Versus
State Of Uttarakhand Through Secretary School Education --Respondents Hon'ble Pankaj Purohit, J. Mr. Lalit Samant,
learned Counsel for the petitioners.
2. Mr. Prem Prakash Bhatt, learned B.H. for the State.
3. In this writ petition, petitioners have sought a writ of mandamus directing the respondents to pay medical claim/expenses to the petitioners in respect of their parents.
4.
Learned Counsel for the petitioners, after arguing for a while, confined his prayer to the extent that petitioners have already moved an application before the respondents on 15.07.2019 and that may be directed to be decided.
5. Prayer is quite innocuous which deserves acceptance.
6. Accordingly, instant writ petition is disposed of directing the competent authority of the respondents to decide the representation dated 15.07.2019 (Annexure No.4 to the petition) in accordance with law by passing an
order within two months from the date of production of a certified copy of this order.
7. Pending application, if any, stands disposed of.
