Nasim Akhtar, learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Spl. P.P. for the State. The petitioner is an accused in connection with Sakchi P.S. Case No. 231/2023. It has been alleged that the informant and other persons had invested in M/s Maxizone Touch Private Limited on the assurance of monthly returns but no return on such investment was given and the firm had subsequently closed. It has been submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner was merely an employee of the firm. It has further been submitted that the petitioner has been made an accused in several cases instituted by different investors. Learned counsel adds that the petitioner is in custody since 17.09.2025 and charge sheet has already been submitted by the Police. Learned Spl. P.P. has opposed the prayer for bail of the petitioner and has submitted that the petitioner has got 13 criminal antecedents. Regard being had to the aforesaid facts, the petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned CJM, East Singhbhum- Jamshedpur in connection with Sakchi P.S.
