2. Joint memo reads as under:
"JOINT MEMO It is respectfully submitted before this Hon'ble court that the petitioner herein has deposited 50% of the fine amount before the trial Court as per the order dated 21.04.2022 and the same was withdrawn by the respondent/complainant as per the order passed by this Court dated 05.09.2023 on IA No.1/23. It is further submitted before this Hon'ble Court that both the parties agreed to settle the matter and petitioner will be depositing the remaining amount in two installment i.e., 1st installment on or before 15th April,2026 (Rs.80,000/-) and 2nd installment on or before 25.05.2026 (Rs.80,000/-). It is submitted that in view of the settlement between the parties the fine amount of Rs.5,000/- ordered to the State may kindly waived off in the ends of justice."
