It is further submitted before this Hon'ble Court that both the parties agreed to settle the matter and petitioner will be depositing the remaining amount in two installment i.e., 1st installment on or before 15th April,2026 (Rs.80,000/-) and 2nd installment on or before 25.05.2026 (Rs.80,000/-).
