Case No. 61/2025, corresponding to S.T. Case No. 346 of 2025, registered under sections 111/338/303(2)/3(5) of BNS, 2023, pending in the Court of learned Additional Judicial Commissioner, XVII, Ranchi. 3. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that allegations are made of committing theft of motorcycle parked near Oxygen Park. He next submits that in identical situation co-accused has been granted regular bail in B.A. No. 7396 of 2025 by a Co- ordinate Bench of this Court and petitioner is in custody since 16.02.2025. 4. Learned counsel for the State opposes the prayer and submits that the petitioner has criminal antecedents. 5. Considering that in identical situation co-accused has been granted regular bail in the aforesaid B.A by a Co-ordinate Bench of ( 2026:JHHC:986 ) 2 this Court and petitioner is in custody since 16.02.2025, I am inclined to grant regular bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the petitioner, above named, shall be released on regular bail, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Additional Judicial Commissioner, XVII, Ranchi, in connection with Lalpur P.S.
