The present writ petition has been filed aggrieved of order dated 12.12.2025 (Annexure-1) whereby the services of the petitioner were directed to be terminated. The consequential order dated 15.12.2025 (Annexure-2) is also under challenge. 2. It is an admitted fact that the petitioner was selected qua the reserved seat for disabled candidate. The disability certificate as submitted by the petitioner reflected him to be more than 40% disabled and hence, he was considered qua the said reserved category. 3. However, the subsequent Board as constituted for the purpose of conducting a re-medical examination, opined that [2026:RJ-JP:24843] (2 of 2) [CW-20316/2025] hearing impairment of the petitioner was only 19% and hence, he did not fall within the requisite criteria. As a consequence, vide the order impugned, the services of the petitioner were directed to be terminated. Aggrieved of which, the present writ petition has been filed. 4. Vide interim order dated 13.01.2026, the Court directed the respondents to get a Medical Expert Board constituted at SMS Hospital, Jaipur for assessment of the petitioner. The Board so constituted was directed to give an independent expert view after examining the petitioner. 5. In compliance of order dated 13.01.2026, report dated 10.03.2026 has been filed by the respondents. 6. As per the said report, the total percentage of the disability of the petitioner is 23% and the disability has been reflected to be a temporary disability and not a permanent one. The report further specifically opines that the candidate is not eligible for PH category as per the Government Rules. 7. In view of the above specific report which clearly reveals that the petitioner does not possess the minimum disability as requisite, this Court does not find any ground to interfere in the orders impugned and the present writ petition is hence dismissed. 8.
