Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents submitted that the land had already been acquired and that an award had also been passed. 3. Recording the said submission, this Writ Petition is disposed of, leaving it open to the petitioner to approach the competent authority to claim compensation, if the petitioner is so entitled.
