By means of filing instant writ petition under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, petitioner is seeking a direction to expedite the proceedings of his Civil Suit No.30/2025, titled Rajbala v. Commissioner, Nagar Parishad, District Khairthal, pending before the Court of Civil Judge and Judicial Magistrate, Kishangarh Bas, District Alwar, and to decide the same within a stipulated time. 2. Having heard counsel for petitioner and from perusal of order-sheets of the trial Court, this Court finds the present writ petition to be wholly misconceived, and there is no undue delay or inaction on the part of the trial Court in conducting the [2026:RJ-JP:23940] (2 of 2) [CW-10042/2026] proceedings. No material has been placed on record to show that the suit is not being proceeded with in accordance with law. 3. This Court further finds that the practice of present petitioner to invoke the extraordinary jurisdiction of this Court for seeking directions to expedite proceedings, without any cogent reason, deserves to be deprecated. 4.
