The memo reads as follows: “The Respondent No. 2 is the mother of Mr. Raghavendra. There is case and counter case against the Petitioner and the son of the 2nd Respondent and the charge sheet/s have been filed against them in CC No. 6817 of 2023 and CC 6826 of 2023 on the file of XXIV Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate at Bangalore. During the pendency of this petition, the Petitioner and the Respondent No. 2 have agreed to settle the dispute amicably, and also has agreed to file necessary compromise petition before the concerned court. In view - 3 - HC-KAR NC: 2026:KHC:16823 CRL.P No. 10112 of 2023 of the same, the Petitioner do not wish to proceed further in this matter.
