The present writ petition has been filed for the following relief:- “For issuance of an appropriate writ/rule /order /direction commanding upon the respondents and directing the respondent no. 6 to issue rent receipt with respect to the lands measuring 10 decimals appertaining to plot no. 336/K/17 of khata no. 119, situated at mouza Bazra, P.S. Sukhdeonagar, District Ranchi in favour of the petitioner forthwith which has been illegally withheld without any rhyme and reason whatsoever and the petitioner further prays for a direction upon the respondents restraining them from dispossessing the petitioner from the aforementioned land forcibly and stealthily at the instance of respondent no. 7 without taking recourse of law in view of the fact that the petitioner is a bonafide purchaser of the lands having purchased the same by virtue of registered sale deed from its rightful owner thereof and for other relief or reliefs to which the petitioner is legally entitled.” 2. It appears that the petitioner as well as respondent No.7 have claimed right, title, interest and possession over the said land. Thus, it is a civil dispute between the parties. 3. It has been alleged in the present writ petition that the State authority is helping the private respondent which is otherwise not permissible in law. 2026:JHHC:655 2 W.P.(C) No.3586 of 2022 4. Considering the nature of dispute between the parties, the present writ petition stands disposed of giving liberty to the parties to initiate appropriate proceeding before appropriate authority in accordance with law. 5. The respondent-State authority is directed not to interfere with the possession of one or another party. 6.
