By this application, the applicants are seeking the modification to the judgment dated 14.08.2026 by deleting the names of appellant nos.5 and 6, who are reported to be dead. 2. The appellants, in support of their submission, has placed on record the death certificates of appellant nos.5 and 6. The averments made in the application are on affidavit. 3. In view of this fact, the judgment and order passed by this court dated 14.08.2026 is modified by deleting the names of appellant nos.5 and 6 from the array of the appellants. The amount of share which was directed to be paid to the appellant nos.5 and 6 shall be paid in favour of appellant no.1. 4. It is further permitted to correct the name of appellant no.3 Pushpa d/o Dinkar Kene in the main judgment as ‘Pushpa w/o Parameshwar Bhaturkar in the array of the appellants and accordingly after the amendment in the array of the appeal memo, the appellants would be entitled for withdrawal of the amount as directed by this court. 2 22 CAF 3673.26.odt 5.
