JUSTICE SANDEEP KUMAR ORAL ORDER 2 08-04-2026 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned APP for the State. 2. The petitioners seek bail in connection with Galgalia P.S. Case No. 01 of 2026 registered for the offence under Sections 8(c), 21(b), 29 of the NDPS Act. 3. As per the prosecution case, the recovery is of two packets of brown sugar like substance weighing 205 grams from the petitioners who were caught while selling the same. 4. The petitioners are in custody since 01.01.2026. 5. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are brother and sister and the recovery is less than commercial quantity. Considering the fact that the brother and sister duo are indulged in drug peddling, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioners. 7. Accordingly, this application is dismissed. 8. It is, however, clarified that the observations made herein are limited to the adjudication of the present bail application and shall not prejudice the case of the petitioners at any subsequent stage of the trial and this Court has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the case.
