This application has been filed under Section 528 BNSS seeking extension of time in filing appeal. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that vide order dated 22.8.2025 this Court disposed of Cr.M.P. No.1411 of 2025 with a Digitally signed by GOPAL SINGH Date: 2026.05.01 12:03:06 +0530 2 direction to the petitioner/complainant to prefer an appeal against the impugned judgment/order dated 31.12.2024 passed by the Judicial Magistrate First Class, Raipur in Complaint Case No.3406 of 2019 before the concerned Sessions Judge within a period of 60 days from the date of receipt of a copy of the order dated 22.8.2025. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner/complainant further submits that in compliance of the order dated 22.8.2025 passed in Cr.M.P. No.1411 of 2025 an appeal has been preferred before the Sessions Court, Raipur, however, due to unavoidable circumstances, there is a delay of 32 days in filing the appeal. Thus, she submits that the period granted to the petitioner/complainant to file the appeal may be extended. 4. On due consideration of the facts and circumstances, further period of 45 days over and above the previous period of 60 days from the date of receipt of copy of the previous order dated 22.8.2025 is extended to file the appeal. 5.
