ORAL ORDER Heard Smt.Usha M.V, learned counsel for the petitioner.
2. This writ petition is filed seeking a direction to the Court of I Additional Principal Judge, Family Court, Bengaluru (hereinafter referred to as the ‘Family Court’) to dispose of M.C.No.6153/2023 which is pending on its file time bound.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is the husband of the respondent. The petitioner filed M.C.No.6153/2023 seeking for dissolution of marriage. It is submitted that till now the respondent not filed statement of objections to the main petition. The respondent is prolonging the case by filing unnecessary applications.
4. It is also submitted that the respondent is not co-operating with the Court to dispose of the case and not showing any interest in prosecuting the case and for one

or the other reason dragging the proceeding since 2023 and being aggrieved by the same, this writ petition is filed.
5. Record discloses justification in the submission that is made by learned counsel for the petitioner. Therefore, this Court considers desirable to dispose of the writ petition and give directions. Hence, the following:
ORDER (i) Writ petition is disposed of. (ii) The Court of I Additional Principal Judge, Family Court, Bengaluru is directed to take all steps for disposal of M.C.No.6153/2023 as expeditiously as possible. (iii) This Court is not issuing the notice to the respondent as no adverse orders are passed and disposed of the petition in the interest of both the parties. (iv) As the writ petition is disposed of without notice to respondent, Family Court is
directed to serve copy of this order to respondent so as to give notice to

respondent, about filing of this petition and its disposal. (v) Registry to forward copy of this order to the concerned Court forthwith.
