PUBLIC PROSECUTOR The Court made the following: ORDER: Criminal Petition has been filed under Section 482 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 (for brevity ‘the BNSS’) seeking to grant pre- arrest bail to the Petitioners/Accused Nos.1 to 3 and 6 in Crime No.369 of 2023 of Bommuru Urban Police Station, East Godavari District registered for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 406, 420, 342, 323 and 506 read with 34 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 (for brevity, ‘the I.P.C’). 2. Heard the learned counsel for the Petitioners and the learned Assistant Public Prosecutor. 3. Ms.Sridevi Jampani, learned counsel for the Petitioners, submits that the Petitioners were granted notice contemplated under Section 35(3) of ‘the BNSS’. In view of the notice granted under Section 35(3) of ‘the BNSS’, the Petitioners have no apprehension of being arrested, and further submits that 3 the Petitioners have been compelled by the Investigating Officer to compromise the case with Respondent No.2. 4. In view of the above, this Criminal Petition is disposed of, by granting liberty to the Petitioners to file an appropriate petition, in accordance with law.
