By way of this petition, the petitioner has prayed for following reliefs:- “a. Issue an appropriate writ, order or direction, quashing and setting aside the order dated 16/09/2025 passed by the Additional Collector, District Sakti (Chhattisgarh) in the proceedings initiated by the Petitioners, whereby the said authority terminated/dismissed the proceedings, being illegal, arbitrary and without jurisdiction.
