By means of this petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution, petitioner is aggrieved by the notice dated 01.07.2026 issued by the respondent no. 3. It transpires from the record that the petitioner has already submitted reply to the notice on 30.06.2025 but no decision has been taken in the matter till date. Learned Standing Counsel submits that he has no objection in the event this petition stands disposed of with a direction to the respondent no. 3 to look into and consider the grievance of the petitioner and pass appropriate order strictly in accordance with law. In view of the above, this petition stands disposed of with a direction to the petitioner to submit fresh reply within a period of two weeks from today and if he does so, the matter of show cause notice shall be considered and disposed of within a further period of two months.
