After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this anticipatory bail application with liberty to move before the learned court on the strength of judgment of the Hon’ble Supreme Court in the case of Satender Kumar Antil Vs. Central Bureau of Investigation & Anr. reported in (2022) 10 SCC 51. 4. Learned counsel for the State has got no objection. 5.
