1. Petitioners have filed these writ petitions seeking following similar relief (s) :-
“10.i) That, this Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to direct to the respondent No.3 to consider the case of the petitioner by giving promotion/seniority to the post of Assistant Grade-2 from the date i.e. 23.10.2017 the similarly situated employees were granted promotion. 10.ii) That, this Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to direct the respondent No.3 to decide pending representations submitted by petitioner. 10.iii) Any other relief/reliefs which may deem fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case, may also be allowed.”

Learned counsel for petitioners submits that petitioners have been deprived of promotion though the other similarly placed employees have been promoted. Aggrieved with which, petitioners have submitted multiple representations lastly on 27.11.2024, which too is pending
consideration, therefore, direction be issued to respondent No.3 to consider and take decision on the representation submitted by petitioners at the earliest within specified time frame.
3. Learned State counsel submits that as petitioners are not pressing this petition on merits and are only seeking a direction to decide the representation submitted by petitioners, he is having no objection.
4. I have heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the documents available on record.

On due consideration on the submission of learned counsel for respective parties, this writ petition at this stage is disposed of permitting petitioners to submit fresh comprehensive representation before respondent No.3 and if such representation is submitted, the concerned authority shall consider and take decision on the representation to be submitted by petitioners along with pending representation, in accordance with law, expeditiously preferably within further period of three weeks, from the date of receipt of representation.
