P.P. 02/ 22.01.2026: Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State. 2. The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Senha P.S. Case No. 99/2025, registered under sections 318(4)/338/336(3)/61(2)(a) of BNS, 2023 pending in the Court of learned S.D.J.M, Lohardaga. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is owner of the truck having chasis number 373043MSQ129444 and registration number JH-08C-0523 which is in possession of the petitioner. He further submits that the chasis number and registration number of the said vehicle has been misused by another owner of the truck by carrying illegal bauxite. He further submits that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent which is disclosed in para 12 of the petition. On these grounds, he submits that the petitioner may kindly be provided privilege of anticipatory bail. 4. Learned counsel for the State opposes the prayer and submits that allegations are there of changing chasis number and registration number of the vehicle . 5. Considering that petitioner is owner of the truck having chasis ( 2026:JHHC:1755 ) number 373043MSQ129444 and registration number JH-08C-0523 and it has been pointed out that the said vehicle is in possession of the petitioner and the chasis number and registration number of the said vehicle has been misused by another owner of the truck by carrying illegal bauxite and further petitioner has got no criminal antecedent which is disclosed in para 12 of the petition, I am inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the above named, petitioner is directed to surrender before the learned court within three weeks from today and in the event of his surrender / arrest, the petitioner shall be released on bail, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 25,000/- (twenty five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned S.D.J.M, Lohardaga, in connection with Senha P.S. Case No. 99/2025, subject to conditions as laid down under Section 482 (2) of B.N.S.S, 2023. Dt.22.01.2026 ( Sanjay Kumar Dwivedi, J.) satyarthi-
