ORDER:
The Writ Petition has been filed for the following relief:
“…to issue an appropriate Writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the action on the part of the respondent No.4 in interfering with petitioners personal life and liberty by calling the petitioners to his Police Station and pressurizing the petitioners to get settled the disputes with the respondent No.5 with regard to subject property of O.S. No. 166 of 2025 on the file of the Principal Junior Civil Judge, Punganur, by handing over the vacant possession of the suit scheduled property as arbitrary, illegal, colorable exercise of power and violative of fundamental rights guaranteed to the petitioners under Articles, 14, 19 and 21 of the Constitution of India and consequently direct the respondent No.4 not to interfere with our personal life and liberty by calling the petitioners to his Police Station…”
2. Heard learned counsel for the Petitioners and the learned Assistant Government Pleader.
3. Ms. S. Parineeta, learned counsel for the Petitioners, submits that respondent No.4 in interfering with petitioners personal life and liberty of petitioners and frequently called the petitioners to police station and

pressurizing the petitioners to get settled the suit in O.S.No.166 of 2025 on the file of Principal Junior Civil Judge, Ponganur.
4. Sri P. Ajay Babu, learned Assistant Government Pleader, while refusing the arguments of the learned counsel for the petitioner, on written instructions, submits that Respondent Police did not interfere in the civil dispute between the parties and never called the petitioners to police station and never subjecting them to harassment.
5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, recording the
submissions of the learned counsel for the petitioner and recording the
submissions of the learned Assistant Government Pleader, the Writ Petition is
disposed of, directing the Respondent No.4 not to pressurize or coercive or interfere henceforth in the civil dispute pending in O.S.No.166 of 2025 on the file of Principal Junior Civil Judge, Ponganur without following due process of law.
6. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
