CMP(M) No.301 of 2026 Keeping in view the averments made in the application, duly supported by the affidavit of the official, delay of 76 days in filing the appeal is condoned. 2. The application stands disposed off accordingly. LPA No.276 of 2026 3. Inter alia contends that the learned Single Judge has directed that the deemed date of acquisition of the land would be 01.01.2006 for the purpose of construction of Nandpur Ruhil road. It is submitted that apparently the date of the benefits have been given from three years prior to the notice which was on 31.03.2009 (Annexure P-2). It is further pointed out that the said notice talks about Khasra No.923, whereas the dispute as such pertains to Khasra No.1073, which would be clear from the notice dated 16.03.2016 (Annexure P-5). Besides the aforesaid the stand of the appellants-State in the written is statement also that the acquisition was made in the year 1986 for the Nandpur Ruhil road and the father of the respondent had given the consent. In the aforesaid backdrop, the issue of delay has also been raised. 4. Issue notice to the respondent, on taking steps within three days, returnable for 28.05.2026. 5. Till further orders, the operation of the impugned judgment shall remain stayed. 6. To be heard alongwith LPA No.337 of 2025, titled State of Himachal Pradesh and another Vs.
