Prayer in this Writ Appeal is for setting aside order dated 26.09.2025 passed by learned Single Bench whereby W.P.No.23611 of 2025 filed by present appellant along with others was dismissed. 2. Following order was passed on 05.03.2026:- “Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks to deposit Rs.1.00 crore for purposes of reconstruction of Sri Seetha Rama Anjaneya Swamy Temple situate at Gundemadakala Village, Vinjamuru Mandal, S.P.S.R. Nellore District, which reconstruction activity is to be undertaken by the Committee constituted in terms of Section 146 of the Act of 1987 pursuant to the directions of the Division Bench of this Court in W.A.No.1026 of 2023 dated 20.10.2023. List on 19.03.2026.” 2 HCJ & CGR, J W.A.No.217 of 2026 3. The amount in question it is submitted was not deposited. The matter was adjourned subsequently on account of absence of learned counsel for appellant or on his request. It is noted in order dated 06.08.2026 that reconstruction/renovation of temple is complete. Learned counsel for appellant had sought time to seek instructions. Thereafter, on 20.08.2026, learned counsel for appellant submitted that he has instructions to still address arguments but he sought time to do so. 4. Today, none appears on behalf of appellant. It appears that appellant is not interested in pursuing the matter any longer. 5. Writ Appeal is, accordingly, dismissed in default and for non-prosecution. No order as to costs. 6. Copy of this order to be conveyed to appellant at the given address. Miscellaneous Petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
