ORAL ORDER
1. Petitioner is before this Court in this revision petition filed under Section 397 R/w Section 401 of Cr.P.C, with a prayer to set aside the judgment and order of conviction and sentenced passed in C.C.No.4350/2018 by the Court of the Judge of Small Causes and ACMM, Bengaluru dated 05.02.2021 and the judgment and order passed in Criminal Appeal No.172 of 2021 dated 18.10.2022 passed by the Court of LXIX Addl. City Civil & Sessions Judge, Bengaluru.

Learned counsel for the parties jointly submit that the dispute between the parties has been settled and the petitioner has paid the entire fine amount to the respondent and also has deposited sum of ₹.5,000/- to the State in terms of the judgment and order passed by the Courts below.

Learned counsel for the respondent has also filed a memo to the said effect on 17.02.2026.
4. In view of the aforesaid, nothing survives in this revision petition.
