The same are taken on record. 2. A perusal of the office order dated 13.02.2026 reveals that the representation filed by the petitioner, has been rejected. 3. This Court while disposing of CWP No.8365 of 1 Whether reporters of Local Papers may be allowed to see the judgment? 2 2025, titled, Pankaj Kumar vs. State of Himachal Pradesh & others, had only directed to consider and decide the pending representation of the petitioner. 4. Since the mandate contained in the aforesaid judgment has been complied with, and the representation has been decided, nothing remains to be adjudicated in the present proceedings and the same are closed. However, the petitioner is at liberty to take appropriate steps, if he is aggrieved by the order dated 13.02.2026, passed by the Director of School Education, Himachal Pradesh, Lal Pani, Shimla-1, in accordance with law. 5.
