Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondents 1 to 3 submitted that in respect of CSR 215 of 2025, summons already issued to both the petitioner and to the counter parties on 09.03.2026 directing them to appear before the respondent police on 10.03.2026. But they not responded to the summons and therefore, enquiry is pending. Further, he submitted that three weeks’ time may be granted to conclude the enquiry in CSR No.215 of 2025.
