This Hon’ble Court vide order dated 06.04.2026 passed in WP No.32295/2025 has quashed the case in Crime No.202/2025 registered by the respondent police on the basis of the complaint lodged by one Miss.Ankita Kumari, arraigning the petitioner herein as accused for the alleged commission of offences which are made penal under Section 69 and 351(1) of Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023. 2. In the light of the quashment of the said crime, the present petition has become infructuous. Wherefore, the petitioners above named most humbly prays that this Hon’ble Court be pleased to permit him to withdraw the above criminal petition as having become infrcutuous with liberty to prefer a fresh petition in the event of any fresh cause of action arising out of the said crime, in the ends of justice.” - 3 - HC-KAR NC: 2026:KHC:20567 CRL.P No. 15541 of 2025 Placing the memo on record, petition is dismissed as it has rendered infructuous.
