This Hon’ble Court vide order dated 06.04.2026 passed in WP No.32295/2025 has quashed the case in Crime No.202/2025 registered by the respondent police on the basis of the complaint lodged by one Miss.Ankita Kumari, arraigning the petitioner herein as accused for the alleged commission of offences which are made penal under Section 69 and 351(1) of Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023. 2. In the light of the quashment of the said crime, the present petition has become infructuous.
