The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with Pakur (M) P.S. Case No. 143/2025, for the offence U/s 191(2), 191 (3), 190, 126 (2), 115(2), 118, 117 (2), 109(1), 303(2), 74, 352, 351 (2) of BNS, pending in the Court of learned S.D.J.M., Pakur. 3. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that petitioners have been falsely implicated in this case and there are general and omnibus allegation against all the accused persons, in view of that, anticipatory bail may kindly be granted. 4. Learned counsel appearing for the State opposed the prayer and submits that there are direct allegations against petitioners Nos 1, 2 & 3 of assault and molestation, in view of that, anticipatory bail may kindly be rejected. 2026:JHHC:6734 2 5. Looking into the contents of the FIR, it transpires that there are allegations against petitioner No.1 and 3 of assault and molestation, in view of that, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner No.1 and petitioner No.3. 6. Accordingly anticipatory bail of petitioner No. 1 Atiqur Shekh @ Atikur Rahman and petitioner No. 3 Torikul Sk. @ Tarikul Rahman is hereby rejected. 7. The allegation against the petitioner No. 2 of is threatening through bomb, however, the exclusive act has not been added in the FIR against him and there is no specific allegation against petitioner No.4 also. In that view of the matter, I am inclined to grant anticipatory bail to petitioner No. 2 and 4. 8. Accordingly, the petitioner No.2 Shefa Shekh @ Sefaur Shekh and Petitioner No.4 Mejar Shekh @ Mejarul Shekh are directed to surrender before the learned Court within three weeks from the date of receipt of the order and on the event of their surrender / arrest, they shall be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Twenty-Five Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount of each to the satisfaction of learned S.D.J.M., Pakur, in connection with Pakur (M) P.S. Case No. 143/2025, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 482(2) of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023. 9.
