Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submitted that the land had already been acquired on 26.09.2022 and that an award had also been passed. 3. Recording the said submission, this Writ Petition is disposed of, leaving it open to the petitioner to approach the competent authority to claim compensation, if the petitioner is so entitled.
