2. This is an application under Section 482 of the BNSS, 2023 praying for

under
Sections 112(2)/316(2)/316(5)/318(3)/318(4)/61(2) of the BNS, 2023.
3. The gist of the allegation in the FIR is that the accused applicant is the owner of a rental agency and the informant had rented out his Maruti vehicle to the said agency owned by the accused applicant through one Riki Nath. When the vehicle was not returned by the stipulated date, they started making enquiries and thereafter, it was indicated that the accused applicant has unauthorizedly gave the vehicle to another person.
4. Vide order dated 27.01.2026, the accused applicant was granted interim protection by a coordinate bench of this Court with certain terms and conditions. In terms of the aforesaid order, the accused applicant has already appeared before the investigating officer and got his statement recorded.
5. In view of the aforesaid facts and taking into account the submissions made by the learned counsel appearing for the parties, this Court is of the view that the interim protection granted to the accused applicant on 27.01.2026 should be made absolute. Accordingly, the same is hereby made absolute in the same terms and conditions as stated in the said order.
6. In view of aforesaid direction, the instant anticipatory bail application stands disposed of as allowed. JUDGE Comparing Assistant
