The communication dated 16.12.2025 has also been placed before this Court. 3.In view of the subsequent development that the respondent/TNEB is considering the request of the petitioner, this writ petition is closed with a direction to the respondents to consider the case of the petitioner sympathetically, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
