Heard learned counsel for the Parties. 2. The innocuous prayer before this Court in the present application by the petitioner is for early disposal of his complaint case bearing 1.C.C. No. 108 of 2024. The early disposal of the case being one of the rights enshrined under the Constitution, the court, being endowed with a huge number of pending cases, is expected to deal with the matter as expeditiously as possible. 3. It is submitted at the Bar that in the instant case all the accused persons have registered their appearance in connection with this case. Four to five dates have been posted for trial, but the trial could not commence. Be that as it may, it is expected that the court concerned shall make an endeavour to ensure that the trial commences at the earliest, managing its cases in the diary keeping in view the year old cases. 4.
