Learned Senior Counsel further submits that this prayer is being made in light of the fact that respondents have floated a settlement scheme and the petitioners intend to take benefit of the same. 2. Petitions are allowed to be withdrawn, with liberty as prayed for. It goes without saying that if any scheme has been floated by the respondents and in case the petitioners do apply under the said scheme, the respondents shall consider the case of the petitioners sympathetically.
