Ms. Shrutika Chauhan, learned vice counsel has placed on record a communication issued by the Regional Manager, HRTC Hamirpur to the Financial Advisor & CAO, HRTC, Shimla, whereby it has been stated that the payments have been made in favour of the petitioner with respect tot he DCRG, leave encashment and interest etc. 3. Faced with this situation, the present petitioner acknowledges the same. 4. Therefore, in view of the aforesaid compliance, nothing remain to be adjudicated in the instant petition and the same is closed accordingly. Notices are discharged.
