Civil Writ Petition No. 10193/2015, which came to be dismissed due to non-compliance of peremptory order dated 05.02.2025. 2. Learned Additional Advocate General undertakes to file requisite P&F notices as also amended cause title in compliance of orders dated 16.08.2022 and 12.07.2024 soon after restoration of the writ petition. 3. Taking into consideration the reasons mentioned in the application and undertaking of learned Additional Advocate General so also the fact that the application is within limitation, this Court deems it just and proper to allow the instant application. 4.
