After some argument, in light of compliance of Section 41A of Cr.P.C. learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this petition with liberty to move before the learned Court by way of filing regular bail application. 3. Learned counsel appearing for the State has got no objection. 4. In view of the submission of learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, this petition is permitted to be withdrawn and disposed of with the aforesaid liberty. 5.
