Mr. Shiv Mangal Singh ….for the Petitioners Mr. Vimal Kumar Shahi Ms. Sangeeta Roy ….for the State Respondent This is an application seeking directions on the State respondent to comply with the order dated 13.03.2025 passed by the District Magistrate in an application under Section 14 of the Securitization and Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Security Interest Act, 2002 (in short SARFAESI Act). Pursuant to earlier directions of Court, the State is represented and has filed a Report, assuring this Court that both the District Magistrate and the Police authorities would be taken necessary steps at 12 noon today. In view of the above, there has been sufficient compliance with the directions of Court, WPA 5840 of 2026 along with the connected application being CAN 1 of 2026 stands disposed of. 2 In terms of the above direction, both the State and the office of the District Magistrate are directed to ensure compliance with the order passed under section 14 of the Securitization and Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Security Interest Act, 2002 (in short SARFAESI Act).
