It is submitted that Appellant No.3 died after the judgment of the First Appellate Court was pronounced. Considering the reasons stated in the application, the same is allowed. The applicants are permitted to bring on record the legal heirs of Appellant No. 3. 4. Permission is granted to file the second appeal by the legal heirs of appellant No.3. 5. The applicants shall carry out the necessary amendment within a period of three weeks. 6.
