It has been alleged that the truck of the informant was set ablaze by some miscreants, who also left some pamphlets and fired 2 – 3 rounds to create terror. Submission has been advanced by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner has been implicated on the confession of the co-accused and he is in custody since 17.09.2025. Regard being had to the manner of implication and the period of custody, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Latehar in connection with Bariytatu P.S.
