JUSTICE RAJESH MAZUMDAR ORDER 03.07.2026 Heard Mr. Lalfakawma, learned counsel appearing for the applicant. The learned counsel for the applicant has submitted that steps by way of dasti upon the respondent Nos. 1, 5 & 6 has been effectuated on 24.06.2026 and 25.06.2026 respectively and an affidavit in respect of the same service of notice has been filed. On going through the contents of the affidavit and the document annexed there to, the service of notice upon respondent Nos. 1, 5 & 6 is deemed to be complete . However, there is no representation on behalf respondent Nos. 1, 5 & 6 the day before this Court. This is an application praying for condonation of 59 days in filing the connected FAO No. 2/2026. The learned counsel for the applicant has drawn our attention to the contents of the application at paragraph 2 and on going through the same we find that the reasonable explanation for the delay is available. Mrs. Caroline K. Lungawipuii, learned Govt. Advocate appearing for the respondent Nos. 2, 3 & 4 has submitted that the State does not have any Page No.# 4/4 objection to the condonation being granted.
