ORDER
Heard the learned Counsel for the Petitioner and the learned Assistant Public Prosecutor.
Petitioner and Respondent No.1 are present.
Sri Bhuvanagiri Subramanya Kumar, learned Counsel is appointed as learned Mediator in this case and has submitted mediator’s report.
In view of the mediator’s report, the Criminal Revision Case is disposed of as compromised. Consequently, the conviction and sentence passed by the learned I Additional Junior Civil Judge-cum-I Additional Judicial Magistrate of First Class-cum-XIV Additional Metropolitan Magistrate, Nandigama, in C.C.No.540 of 2018, dated 15.10.2019, as confirmed in Crl.A.No.185 of 2019, dated 19.02.2025, by the learned XVI Additional District and Sessions Judge, Nandigama, are set aside, as a result, the Petitioner is acquitted under Section 320(8) of ‘the Cr.P.C.’ There shall be no order as to costs.
As a sequel, interlocutory applications, if any pending, shall stand closed.
