Petitioner has assailed orders dated 13.02.2026 and 20.05.2025 of the learned trial court, whereby the learned Court of Sessions dismissed the revision petition and upheld closure of right to file written statement in the proceedings under the Protection of Women from Domestic Violence Act. The learned Court of Sessions took a view that the order impugned before it could be assailed under Section 29 of the Act. 2. After addressing partly, learned counsel for petitioner, on instructions, seeks permission to withdraw this petition with liberty to file an appeal before the Court of Sessions along with an application seeking condonation of delay. 3. As requested, the petition and the accompanying application are dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as sought. 4. However, it is made clear that I have not heard learned counsel on the correctness or legality of the order passed by the learned trial magistrate.
