O R D E R 30.04.2026 After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this petition with leave and liberty to pursue the objections which the petitioner has already filed with regard to the tentative merit list of Sahayikas (Anganwadi Helper) issued in response to Advertisement Notice No.01-CDPO-Eid of 2026 dated 10.01.2026, in which name of the petitioner does not figure. The writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with leave and liberty to the petitioner to pursue the objections with the respondents which the petitioner has already filed. The respondents shall consider the objections filed by the petitioner to tentative merit list of Sahayikas (Anganwadi Helper) issued in pursuance of the Advertisement Notice No.01-CDPO-Eid of 2026 dated 10.01.2026 in accordance with law, before concluding the process of selection.
