No.26/2016 on the file of the Labour Court at Mysore. 2. The Industrial Dispute was allowed in part. In terms of the award, the respondent-workman was directed to be reinstated with 25% back wages. The petitioner- Corporation is before this Court assailing the award. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner and respondent filed a joint memo reporting settlement. 4. The terms of the joint memo read as under:- "The Petitioner to reinstate the respondent into service to the post held by him at the time of dismissal with continuity of service and consequential benefits without backwages from the date of dismissal i.e. 1.12.2015 till the date of actual reinstatement i.e. 31.3.2021." 5. The joint memo is signed by the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel for the respondent. - 3 - HC-KAR NC: 2026:KHC:24098 WP No. 7104 of 2020 6. The Court does not find any impediment to accept the terms of the joint memo. Accordingly, the impugned award is substituted in terms of the joint memo.
