The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents would submit that enquiry has been conducted and report has also been filed. She therefore, prayed for dismissal of this Writ Petition. 3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the enquiry has not been conducted properly and prayed for appropriate orders. 4. I have given due consideration to the submissions made on either sides. 5. If the petitioner feels that the enquiry has not been conducted properly, he can very well challenge the enquiry report.
