The petitioner is seeking regular bail in connection with S.T. No.473 of 2025 arising out of Govindpur P.S. Case No.348 of 2023 for the alleged offences registered under Sections 307, 323, 324, 325 and 326 of Indian Penal Code pending in the Court of learned Additional Sessions Judge-XI, Dhanbad. 3. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the altercation took place due to land dispute and there were enmity between the petitioner’s side and informant’s side. He further submits that earlier the allegations have been made by the petitioner’s side of killing of father of this petitioner by the informant’s side. He then submits that the petitioner is in custody 2026:JHHC:1869 --2-- B.A. No. 9626 of 2025 since 17.07.2025 and even trial has not started as yet. 4. Learned counsel appearing for the State opposes the prayer and submits that the allegation is there against the petitioner of assault. 5. It appears that by order dated 15.12.2025 the report of stage of trial was called by the learned Court and the report dated 19th December, 2025 is on the record wherein it has been disclosed that 12 months’ time is expected to conclude the trial and charge has already been framed on 08.09.2025 and summon to the witnesses have been issued and till date not even single witness has been examined and the petitioner is in custody since 17.07.2025, I am inclined to grant regular bail to the petitioner. 6. Accordingly, the petitioner, above named, shall be released on regular bail, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge-XI, Dhanbad in connection with S.T.
